For standard OEM orders with minor modifications (e.g., logo printing or color change), MOQ can be as low as 100–200 pieces. For fully custom ODM designs (new molds or unique specifications), MOQ typically starts from 500–1,000 pieces. We are happy to discuss small-batch trials for new partners. Our standard process includes: 1) Requirement discussion, 2) Sample development, 3) Sample approval, 4) Mass production, and 5) Quality inspection & shipment. For simple OEM (e.g., logo customization), sample lead time is around 7–15 days, and mass production takes 20–30 days. For complex ODM projects (new design), sampling may take 30–45 days, followed by 30–45 days for production. We always provide a clear timeline at the start of each project.

We operate a complete quality assurance system based on years of practical experience. Our controls include: incoming raw material inspection, in-process production checks, 100% final inspection before packing, and random pre-shipment testing. We can also arrange third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, BV, Intertek) upon client request. All quality records are traceable, and we provide photos/videos during production when needed.

Yes, samples are available for testing and approval. For existing products (non-customized), we can provide free samples with shipping costs borne by the buyer. For OEM/ODM custom samples, a sample development fee applies, which is usually refundable upon placement of a mass production order. Sample lead time and pricing will be confirmed based on your specific design.

We typically work with standard international payment terms: 30% deposit via T/T (wire transfer) upon order confirmation, and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L). For smaller orders, full payment in advance is acceptable. We also support L/C at sight for larger contracts. Payment platforms like PayPal are available for sample or low-value orders. All terms can be discussed based on order size and client history.

Absolutely. We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all OEM/ODM products, covering manufacturing defects. If any quality issue arises during normal use, we will provide replacement parts or technical support. For long-term partners, we keep spare components in stock to ensure quick response. Our team is always available to resolve problems via email, video call, or on-site visit (by arrangement).

 Yes, we support a full range of customization options:

  • Logo customization: Laser engraving, screen printing, or metal badges.

  • Packaging customization: Color boxes, carton design, user manual, and accessory configuration.

  • Design & specification changes: Body shape, size, color, material selection (e.g., wood type, metal alloy), hardware finish, and even new mold development for unique models.

  • Function/feature adjustments: For electronic instruments (if applicable), we can adjust components or circuit designs.
    Our engineering team will review your requirements and provide technical feasibility feedback before sampling.

We work with multiple shipping options based on your urgency and budget:

  • By sea (most common): Suitable for bulk orders. Lead time varies by destination (e.g., 15–25 days to US/EU ports). We can deliver FOB from Qingdao port or offer CIF/CFR to major global ports.

  • By air: For urgent or smaller orders. Delivery typically 5–7 days.

  • By express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT): For samples or small parcels. Delivery within 3–7 days worldwide.
    Customs clearance: We provide complete commercial documents (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, certificate of origin if needed). Import duties and customs clearance are usually the buyer’s responsibility, but we can advise on accurate HS code classification to avoid issues. For CIF/DAP terms, we can arrange door-to-door delivery including customs handling – please specify your preferred incoterm.
